Tap the graph icon on the bottom of your screen to go to your Analytics tab
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to go to yourSettingsscreen
Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription
Tap the Unsubscribe button
Tell us why you’re canceling then tap Unsubscribe anyway
Check the email address associated with your subscription for a message from us, and tap the link in the email (it may be in your Spam or Junk folders)
If you can’t find the Unsubscribe email, or have some other trouble canceling your account, then you can send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject:Cancel my Web subscription. In the body of the email, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app or theUser IDfrom the app itself.
