| No carrds, strawpages, or anything of the sort - your site must be made with your own hands |
| You must be a VOCALOID fan |
| No bigotry or discrimination of any kind (LGBTphobia, racism, sexism, etc.) |
| No NSFW sites allowed |
| Your site doesn't have to be hosted on Neocities |
I reserve the right to remove anyone caught breaking these rules
