My work with founders is a blend of frameworks and friendship, discussing and delivering, coaching and challenging. The process is rarely linear. There’ll be ups and downs along the way. But the bottom line is always an improvement.

How I work with founders like you.

Fractional COO Work with me! Working for 1-3 days per week in your leadership team as your Chief Operating Officer. As a fractional COO I lead teams, projects, represent your business externally and am fully embedded within your business.

Consultant COO Work with me! I diagnose the problems affecting growth in your business and work out how to fix them fast. I focus on creating sustainably high performing organisations by solving these challenges collaboratively in my consultancy engagements with founders.

Advisor Work with me! I help you through the growth journey as an external advisor focussed only on your success. We have regular meetings, reviews and ad-hoc confidential conversations as you work through challenges in building and leading your business.

Coaching Work with me! I work with founders and operational leaders in growth businesses as a qualified executive coach. I help them develop their leadership practice, confidence and effectiveness in regular fortnightly or monthly coaching sessions.
