| Direct Debit Subscriptions |
Direct Debit (DD) is available to UK subscribers only. DD subscriptions to AQUILA magazine are for 12 months and do not automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. Subscription renewal reminders will be sent to you, by email/post, before the subscription finishes. If you wish to cancel your DD subscription and receive a refund, please contact our customer service team on 01323 431313 or email  - the value of any books or other products included in the subscription will be deducted from the value of the unmailed issues and the remaining balance will be refunded to you within 28 days. Please note that all refunds will be issued in sterling. If you cancel your DD subscription before payment to us has been processed by your bank or building society, we shall require payment by an alternative method for any issues already mailed to you. Our customer service team can take card payments. We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
