Gitxaala Environmental Deploys Advanced Ocean Monitoring Systems with Shift Coastal Technologies

Shift Coastal Technologies is proud to partner with Gitxaała Environmental Services (GES) to deliver advanced unmanned maritime systems (UMS) and sensors for Port Environmental Monitoring. This collaboration, supported by B.C.’s Integrated Marketplace program, equips GES with cutting-edge technology to manage and protect their marine environment.

As part of the project, Shift Coastal’s OceanSled® unmanned surface vessel and CiMS™ software will enable real-time monitoring of water quality, underwater structures, and acoustics. These tools empower Gitxaala Environmental Services to make data-driven decisions ensuring resource and port expansion projects are efficient and sustainable. A win-win for stakeholders.
