On the buy side, they set up dozens of tours for us -- we were very picky, with a long list of "must haves" and "nice to haves" -- and accompanied us on the tours, helping us learn more about what we liked and things to watch out for. We were even open to renting if we didn't find the right place to buy, and they set up rental tours, too. The final property we chose met all our "must have" AND all our "nice to have" criteria. When we were ready to offer, Jack was a brilliant negotiator, saving us money and helping us get a seller credit that we could use for a rate buy-down and closing costs.

On the sell side, we (unintentionally) really made the SFG team work for their commission! We ended up in a very, very tricky negotiation, and it's certain that we would not have closed the sale without Eric and Jack's expertise, calm demeanor, and negotiating skills. The final sale was a huge win for us, saving us both time and money.

Throughout the process, Eric went above and beyond, recommending great vendors for us, meeting vendors at our property (e.g. painters, stagers), and holding our hands every step of the way. It really felt like concierge-level service.
