Responsibilities for the above include, but are not limited to, such activities as: user research, information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, wireframes, interaction design, prototyping, user testing, design systems, etc. etc.

Results from the above include, but are not limited to, such improvements and accolades as: a 400% boost in audience numbers, a 23% increase in shop conversions, a 20% increase in customer retention, a 25% drop in losses, a handful of acquisitions, an abundance of press coverage, Webby Awards, a Teacher's Choice Award, and over 1,000,000 (one million!) app downloads.
