Scoping	The process begins with a current state assessment to gain a clear understanding of the existing environment. This combines both quantitative and qualitative analysis, reviewing data, contracts, and operational structures, alongside stakeholder engagement to define high-level objectives as well as detailed requirements. From this, opportunities for improvement are identified and consolidated into a scoping report, which typically outlines the strategic approach, a baseline of current operations, clearly defined targets or objectives, and a project roadmap.
Delivery	In this phase, we turn the scoping outcomes into tangible results. The project is managed through structured governance and tailored methodologies, applying specialised tools and techniques to achieve the agreed objectives. Where appropriate, we facilitate supplier engagement to identify solutions best aligned to client needs, while developing the necessary commercial and operational agreements. To support execution, we prepare comprehensive materials, tools, and templates alongside a detailed implementation plan that ensures a seamless transition into rollout.
Rollout	The final stage focuses on putting the agreed solutions into action through implementation and onboarding of stakeholders, suppliers, or partners. This includes finalising any necessary contracts or agreements, setting up performance frameworks (KPIs and SLAs), and ensuring systems, processes, and ways of working are updated. To support sustainability, we also establish mechanisms such as scheduling, tracking, and reporting. This robust process ensures we deliver lasting benefits.
