On May 30, 2022, BM Certification issued an ISO 9001 quality management certificate and ISO 27001 information security certificate to Primend covering all the services provided by Primend in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The first step in the cooperation was a comprehensive audit of Veho SIA: it included mapping of all the hardware and software used in the company and interviews with all the employees to find out the most critical sore points for the users.
