Can you localize our game to Indonesian even if another service’s already localized it??
Absolutely! Our talented developers are well-equipped to handle any form of internationalization (i18n) implemented in your game, ensuring a seamless localization process to Indonesian.

Under your pricing plans, Do indie developers receive the same services as big studios?
Yes, our services remain consistent across all pricing plans. Whether you’re an indie developer or a big studio, you’ll receive our full suite of services, including management, preparation, translation, editing, proofreading, and LQA, all bundled into our specially curated pricing plans.

Should we still pay the flat rate of $200 for our indie game that has less than 10000 words?
No, you’ll only be charged based on the number of words in your game. For example, if your indie game has 1000 source words, you’ll only pay $0.02 per word, which amounts to $20.

What if our indie game exceeds 10000 words?
We charge an extra $0.03 per word for words beyond the 10000 limit. So, if your game has 11000 source words, you’ll pay the flat rate of $200 plus $30 for the additional 1000 words.

Can you localize marketing resources such as images or videos?
Yes, absolutely! In addition to game localization, our team of designers and editors can also localize your promotional images and videos to target the Indonesian audience effectively.

Are further discounts available if the pricing plan doesn’t fit our budget?
Certainly! While our pricing plans are designed to be comprehensive, we understand that every project is unique. Feel free to contact us for a discussion, and we’ll be happy to negotiate a pricing solution that works for you, regardless of project size.

How are contracts and payments handled?
We strive to make the process as convenient as possible for you. Once the project is completed, we’ll provide you with a contract to sign, and payments can be made to a legal entity in a jurisdiction that suits you best. We accept various currencies, including USD, EUR, HKD, and GBP, and all documents can be signed electronically for ease of transaction.
