Perpetualâs founding team has a unique and dynamic professional background, leading digital product innovation both on the agency side for design firms including Code and Theory & Fantasy Interactive, as well as on the brand side, running product strategy for companies like Verizon, McKinsey and IAC.

Amish Gandhi

Following a decade of leading digital transformations for Corporate America at renowned companies such as Mozilla, Verizon and Thomson Reuters, Amish founded Perpetual in 2012. Equipped with key insights into critical digital challenges faced by the worldâs largest corporations, Amish created Perpetual as a new kind of digital agency following pragmatic processes in design and software engineering to generate high impact digital experiences that maximize business value for clients.
As CEO, Amish is focused on partnering with clients to create impactful digital solutions and building an unparalleled team committed to the firmâs vision of taking the industry forward with a better way of building software.
Amish holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Bombay University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and studied innovation as an advanced studies Fellow at MIT. He holds multiple patents for his digital innovations and currently lives in New York City while running Perpetual at their Chelsea HQ.

Vishal Gandhi
Managing Partner & CTO
Vishal brings a decade of invaluable experience to the digital space. Early in his career, he worked at leading digital agencies Code & Theory and Fantasy Interactive, developing digital solutions for the world's top brands. His professional journey continued at McKinsey, where he led product development for the firmâs most impactful initiatives. His expertise in the complex world of digital business for Fortune 500 enterprises across consumer and enterprise domains enable him to drive digital transformations across industries with significant value creation.
As CTO, Vishal works closely with businesses to identify their digital needs and creates strategies to identify the right technical approach to solve any business problem. He helps execute these strategies with his high-performing Perpetual engineering team and advises our clients to help them achieve operational efficiencies with new digital experiences.
Vishal holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo. He won an Emmy and Webby Award for digital experiences that he helped create. He lives and works in New York City, running Perpetual alongside Amish.
