Kinu was born out of frustration and hope.
Our founder, Ayesha, had been living with multiple autoimmune conditions for years: dismissed by “normal” lab results, offered generic advice, and left to navigate the complexity of her health alone. So she began tracking her symptoms, lab values, and daily habits to find patterns and feel in control of her own health again.
When she couldn’t find a tool that truly understood what she was going through she decided to build one.
“I built Kinu for people like me; the ones who are told they’re fine, but feel anything but. No one should have to figure their health journey out alone.” – Ayesha, Founder of Kinu Health
