TUALATIN, Ore. — A man was arrested for allegedly shooting at cars from the side of the freeway in Washington County early Thursday morning, Oregon State Police reported.
An OSP spokesperson told KGW the suspect, Jason Duane Duncan, 44, was "stationary" on the side of the road during the shooting, but said they don't know if he was inside a vehicle at the time. The shootings happened sometime between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5 near Tualatin, between mileposts 288 and 286, near the Interstate 205 and Elligsen Road exits.
