Pricing & Payments

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST. A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings, with installment plans available for projects $3,500+. Payment methods include bank transfer and automated Stripe payments.

Service Scope

Deliverables, turnaround times, and revision policies vary by package. Premium clients receive unlimited revisions, while standard packages include 1-2 revision rounds. Final project scope is outlined in the agreed proposal.

Usage & Licensing

Clients receive non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use final deliverables for their intended purpose. Additional licensing fees may apply for third-party distribution, resale, or commercial modifications.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the project date may incur additional fees.

Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines are estimated based on project scope. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to scheduling and workload.

Privacy & Data Handling

All client content, footage, and communications are handled with strict confidentiality. Goldie & Co. does not share, resell, or distribute client assets without permission.

Updates & Policy Changes

Goldie & Co. reserves the right to update services, pricing, and policies at any time. The latest terms will always be available on our website.
