As a community health organisation cohealth aims to provide services at little or no cost. Depending on your income, you may need to pay a fee for accessing cohealth services.
When accessing cohealth services there are things you can expect from us, and things that we expect from you. These are your right and your responsibilities as a client at cohealth.
Rights and responsibilities as a client
Everyone has a right to bring a support person or an advocate to cohealth. An advocate is someone who can support you or talk on your behalf with your permission. Understanding how to find an advocate can help ensure you get the health care you need.
We want people of all gender identities, sexualities, cultural backgrounds and abilities to feel safe to bring their whole selves to cohealth. We recognise and celebrate the diversity of the communities we serve.
