How is Blazer different from other e-comm agencies?

The problem is that most agencies promise exactly what the clients want to hear but deliver short of expectations. How long will it take to onboard my brand with your agency?

How do you communicate results?

We have regular weekly & monthly meetings, where we discuss results to ensure we're staying on track. There's also an option to have short sessions on a daily basis. We use Slack for our daily communication and results reporting. We respond promptly, respecting our clients' time and time-zone, during our working hours.

We also give you access to our testing logs and Grandmaster sheet so you can see exactly what is happening - minute by minute, day by day.

How do you measure results?

Measuring the results of marketing can be a complex task. To make life easier, we have our own Grandmaster sheets where we include as much data as possible and can combine it with multiple formulas to create winning campaigns. We also use attribution tools like Hyros.

WE HAVE 3 MAIN WORKFLOWS:

I. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FLOW

  1. Depending on the client, we ask them to provide us with access to all platforms/tools needed, so we can get to work. For example: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.
  2. Once we complete our analysis and audit, we will prepare a solid strategy on what we will do to achieve results, including what we will test. We will never promise to increase results, but we will promise to make a plan that is worth implementing to obtain sustainable and incremental results.
  3. We keep optimizing and testing new ideas. We have weekly & monthly KPI meetings where we brainstorm on what to improve. It's a never-ending cycle of test, fix, win.
  4. The Account managers have 1-on-1 meetings with each team member in order to make sure everything is being done on time and that the plan/strategy is being implemented.
  5. We like to have monthly/weekly meetings with our clients where we prepare monthly/weekly reports of the results for each of the marketing channels (email, Facebook, Google, etc.

II. MEDIA BUYING WORKFLOW

  1. We begin by auditing any new clients' ad account, and share insights on how to improve performance.
  2. We then give proposals in terms of campaign structure, messaging and angles for future ads/creatives.
  3. After approval of our initial proposals, we then start working closely with the Copy and Creative Teams to research the market and audiences in depth, to uncover valuable insights and inspiration for future ads.
  4. We then prepare the clients' account to make sure everything is set up correctly and seamlessly integrated with Pixels and/or any other 3rd party apps for tracking.
  5. We then begin our initial tests, such as Creative and Audience Testing campaigns.
  6. After our initial tests, we then optimize the account/ads based on the key metrics we work with.
  7. This process of testing and researching is ongoing and constant - to help our creatives scale.

III. CREATIVE WORKFLOW

  1. We send info sheets to our clients that they need to fill out. Important information such as their: customer avatar, product benefits, competitors, etc.
  2. We receive creative material/footage/images from the client and then sort and categorize it.
  3. We do thorough research and copymining to really understand your brand, the market, and any potential new customer - we then have creative brainstorms to find the best ideas to bring the best results.
  4. After the creative brainstorming we then select which ideas to test.
  5. We prepare the ads with our team of creatives, copywriters, and editors.
  6. We then test the ads, pick the best performing ones and create more variations of them to keep improving the results. We also keep testing new creatives to see if we can do even better.
