Do I need to register my business to build a website with Blanxer? No, you don't have to register your business to build a website with Blanxer, but you will have to be registered to use online payment gateways.
Can I use my own domain with Blanxer? Yes, you can connect your domain name with Blanxer. If you don't have a custom domain yet, You can purchase premium domain names by paying additional fees seamlessly connect it with your store.
Can I upgrade my plan later on? Yes, you can choose to upgrade your Blanxer plan by going to the Account details section in Blanxer. Can I accept online payments? Yes, you can accept online payments from your customers from eSewa, FonePay, Cybersource(i.e Visa/Mastercard), Khalti. We also provide our own payment facilator called Blanxer Payment Fulfillment
What is Blanxer Payment Fulfillment Service? With Blanxer Payment Fulfillment Service, you can start accepting online payments in seconds. We offer multiple payment methods for your customers, such as Fonepay, eSewa, and CyberSource. After your customers make a payment, we receive it and settle to you every friday
What is the payment service fee for using Blanxer Payment Service to receive customer payments? If you use Blanxer Payment Service to receive payments from customers, there will be a 2.75-5% flat payment service fee based on your premium plan, charged by Blanxer. The remaining amount received will be deposited into your bank account.
Can I use my own Merchant Key for eSewa and Fonepay? Yes, you can use your own key and receive payments directly to your company bank account. If you want to use your own merchant key, simply add it in the payment method field during the setup process.
Can I give access to my staff on Blanxer Store? Yes, you can invite and share access with your staff on Blanxer.our store stand out.
What happens once the subscription plan ends? Your store will not be accessible, but all the changes you made while using the premium version will be saved. Therefore, when you pay to upgrade again, you will be able to resume the premium version from where you left off.
