Paul was phenomenal. I've not experienced such great help in a long time. Paul has such a quick response time, helped me with every issue I had and was so detailed in the instructions and learning materials with videos and step by steps on breaking down the learning materials to really absorb and learn at an easy pace. I barely needed help at all because of it! I couldn't recommend accellier more than I already do! Thinking a quick and simple RPL process would be all that was needed, Pauls approach challenges you to rethink much of what you think you already know, and had us reflecty on our current practices. My journey started early one morning during a zoom meeting with the lions roaring in the background. Since then it has been a joyous journey, with some very late nights or early mornings. However I must say the support that I have received from the entire team was outstanding. I just completed my Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and I’m so impressed with how the entire course was facilitated. The course assessors/trainers were always super responsive and the workshops they ran went a long way to completing the assessments for that topic. Self directed learning can sometimes feel a bit isolating but the way the modules were set out made learning easy and the flow was logical. I recommend attending as many workshops as they offer if you’re doing a course because it makes all the difference. The support and guidance I received was excellent and I’m grateful for it. There are many providers who offer the Cert IV TAE, and there is a huge variance in quality of these offerings. Accellier is definitely one of the better ones. They specialise in designing and delivering the TAE and this is what (I believe) sets them apart from others in the market. It definitely shows in the way they have structured the units, facilitate, deliver feedback and support participants. I have also found the monthly PD webinars they offer to past and present participants to be valuable for keeping up to date on any ongoing changes or getting a refresher on assessment practices. I've dealt with many training providers delivering a range of training, education and professional development offerings - as a participant, reviewer and designer / developer. Paul, Jasmin, Kim and their support staff are some of the best in the training & education industry. Definitely recommend if you're looking to undertake or upgrade your TAE quals. read more

I was hesitant to do an online course for multiple reasons but the TAE upgrade was great. All the content and templates I needed were there to pass and you can bug the trainers with as many questions as you like. Response and marking times were prompt (no more than a week). I found Accellier to be an extremely professional RTO. During the process of completing my TAE40122, Paul Pellier, my trainer and assessor, was excellent. Paul always encouraged me; he provided fantastic feedback and support all the way through the learning process. Paul also made regular contact with me, either by Canvas, email or phone. Finally, I found the TAE40122 program to be well structured and contained units that were well designed. The resources provided were of a very good standard. The assessment tools provided were well discussed and challenging. Three Months ago I decided to come out of retirement and do a certificate IV. Googling RTO's I got about a million hits but finally settled on the rather un-pronouncable name Accellier, don't know why but I did. Well, I've made some bad decisions in my time, like buying a bit of the harbour bridge in Sydney from some guy, but Accellier was different, it was the best decision that I have ever made.
