That’s easy! Get in touch through our contact form or send us an email with a quick summary of your project. We usually reply within 48 hours to schedule an introductory call. During our first call, we will ask different kinds of questions about the project goals, audience, budget, timeline, and other essential details. We can sign an NDA if necessary, but we always treat all client conversations as confidential. Afterwards, we will schedule a video call to walk you through the proposal. This will include a detailed description of our UX/UI approach, project phases, activities, deliverables, design team composition, and relevant case studies.

As a young design studio, innovation and impact are close to our hearts. We strongly believe that the ambitious companies of today, will define the products of the future. We're not interested in working for large companies that are stuck in old habits and are not ready to innovate digitally. We make sure we are close to the end user to make experiences both user-friendly and engaging. And all this without endless design processes. We believe that fast delivery, testing and scaling is a more effective process that will benefit your business. We go the extra mile for your digital product.

Our pricing is directly related to the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and team composition. When the scope isn’t set in stone, or the project is very dynamic, we prefer engaging on a time and materials basis where we invoice you for the time spent. We’ll give you a detailed proposal after learning as much as possible about your project. All estimates are calculated based on the hourly rates and the number of hours we think the job will take. By only focussing on design, we can ensure top-notch quality. With that vision in mind, Accelerate Studio was born. That said, we do partner with talented development agencies or freelancers to efficiently hand-off designs and review implementation.
